Checkpoint

is an effective 360 Degree Feedback
System
The
Profiles Checkpoint 360¡ã™
Feedback System is a multi-rater feedback
process that provides managers and
leaders with an opportunity to receive
an evaluation of their job performance
from the people around them - their
boss, their peers and their subordinates.
From this feedback, managers can compare
the opinions of others with their
own perceptions, positively identify
their strengths, and pinpoint the
areas of leadership skills they should
focus to improve.

The
Process
During the feedback process, managers
(as participants) and people around
them who provide the feedback (as
respondents) are selected and informed
to complete an evaluation, preferrably
via the Internet, a task that takes
about 30 minutes. They are guaranteed
anonymity (except for the ¡å Boss ¡å)
and urged to be honest, frank and
objective in their responses. When
everyone completed their feedback,
a report for each participant will
be generated automatically and is
sent to the manager.
